Well, this blog has been a long time coming! It's been up in the recesses of my brain for quite some time, and I've even been known to log onto blogspot from time to time, only to get distracted... ah well, here we are.

The final kick in the pants was reading all the awesome blogs linked from Proverbs 31 ministries - which although I've been doing for some time, never realized this group was located right here in good ole Charlotte North Cackalacki!! So here I am, hoping to someday meet up with these awesome women and hug each and every one of them!

Today is a great day because I've finally created a blog, and because my name wasn't taken - YES! Oh, and because my coffee is oh so delicious, we've continued to dodge the pig flu, and my basil plant isn't quite dead yet. Ah yes, praise God for all those little blessings :-) Now if I could only come up with a title for this blog, I almost closed out the window for lack of a good title - my oh so random way of thinking just wasn't working for a title.

I can't wait to hit "Publish Post"! So, with no further ado...
